SINCE THE APOGEE CORCHEVAL in France opened a little more than ten years ago and has been considered one of the finest of the Alpine retreats.
The hotel included in Oetker Collection is a ski-in/ski-out hotel with 55 rooms, making it the largest hotel in Courcheval. New for this winter season, L'Apogée is introducing Chalet at the Heights, an experience that includes a snowmobile or sled ride into the night under the stars to reach Chalet at the Heights where dinner now awaits. The introduction includes a glass Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne, alternatively a glass of luxury vodka.

Plus a caviar tasting by Petrossian House. When it's time to return to the hotel after dinner, do so either by toboggan or by snowmobile. Adding to this dining experience, the hotel has also added two new Mediterranean restaurants this season. Inspired by L'Apogée Courchevel's sister hotel on the French Riviera, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. The concepts here offer the Italian-inspired restaurant Giovanni's and the Spanish-inspired restaurant Carmen.
