We haven't tasted the food yet. Bulgari Hotel Tokyo. But we note that the seating comfort in the massive dining room at the Niko Romito restaurant is high, as is the location on the 40th floor. Here it is B&B Italia who has been involved in the interior design concept, which also includes the most comfortable upholstered chairs from Maxalto. The menu is Italian and the tasting menu certainly whets our hunger!
