BLANCPAIN FIFTY FATHOMS BATHYSCAPHE BLUE ABYSS

LAUNCH YEAR: 2025 | PRICE: $17 500
The Fifty Fathoms takes its most coherent color statement in years, wrapping case, bezel, dial, and strap in a continuous deep blue ceramic envelope that renders the watch impactfully oceanic.
The Blue Abyss combines a deep blue ceramic case and bezel with a matching sunburst blue dial and blue sailcloth strap. Also, for the first time in the Bathyscaphe line-up, the unidirectional bezel is fully lumed with Super-LumiNova that matches the color of the dial lume.
The Fifty Fathoms is one of the most historically significant dive watches in existence and applying a full-ceramic blue identity to it without compromising any of its technical credibility is a genuine moment. With a five-day power reserve, 300m water resistance, and the caliber 1315—the substance is redoubtable.
By removing all visual separation between case, bezel, and dial on the Blue Abyss, the effect is depth... as if the watch is not decorated in blue but is blue, from the lug ends to the bezel insert to the sailcloth strap. It was the most coherent single-colour dive watch statement of 2025.
